摘    要:辅导员选拔工作是辅导员队伍建设的起点,传统的辅导员选拔方式存在着不足,基于胜任力模型的高校辅导员选拔模式,将注重个人特质和动机水平,提倡人职匹配,重在考察候选者的职业发展潜力,能够最大程度地帮助高等学校招聘到最适合组织需要、最适合岗位需要、最具发展潜力的优秀人才从事辅导员工作。
