| 摘 要： | 在我国法律部门调整对象的研究中,法学界对经济法调整对象的研究是最多、争议最大的,并且至今尚没有一个一致公认的结论。因此,很有必要从法理的高度对经济法调整对象进行反思。本文选取了两个视角,一个是从法律部门的角度进行反思,认为经济法调整对象的研究不能拘泥于传统法律部门的划分标准;一个是从整个法学的角度进行反思,认为经济法调整对象是一个历史与国情相结合的范畴,也是一个经世致用的范畴。
