| 摘 要： | 我国民办高等教育的发展大体经历了“恢复、发展、规范、再发展”四个阶段。基本上与我国改革开放后经济发展相一致。在民办高等教育发展的不同阶段，它表现出不同的发展特征。笔者试提出划分我国民办高等教育发展的“三个阶段”，即起步阶段、建立阶段和发展阶段，并在此基础上分析民办高等教育发展的特征。
