| 摘 要： | 论文在深入认识高速公路企业组织结构局限性的基础上,根据卓越质量的基本理论,分析了高速公路企业组织结构重构的必要性和重构后所应具有的特征,提出了基于卓越质量的高速公路企业组织结构重构的机构设计、职责以及功能,以期提高我国高速公路企业的管理水平,为高速公路项目质量管理提供组织结构上的保障。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of the structure limitations in highway enterprise organization,according to the basic theory of the excellence quality,the paper analyzes the necessity of the highway enterprise structure reconstruction and the characteristics which the highway enterprise should have after reconstruction.It is proposed the mechanism design,duties and functions of the highway enterprise organization structure reconstruction as is based on excellent quality.With an analysis of the specific highway enterprise organization structure in our country,it attempts to provide the guarantee on the organizational structure for our national expressway enterprises in aspects of the management level and the expressway project quality. |
