| 摘 要： | 俄国从传统农业社会向工业社会的过度之路十分曲折,因专制制度不能顺应历史潮流而被抛弃。苏联时期的现代化尽管存在着种种困难,经历了各种曲折,尽管苏联领导人在治国方略上存在失误,尽管苏联体制刚性十足,苏联依次实现了工业化、城市化、人口革命,文化教育方面的成就斐然,医疗保健日臻完善,到20世纪80年代中期前,苏联社会一直充满着活力。
