| 摘 要： | 运用偏离-份额法分析南京市软件服务产业的结构状况,研究结果表明:系统集成服务行业已成为衰退型的行业;嵌入式系统服务行业具有较强的竞争力和资源集聚力,IC设计服务虽具有很强的竞争优势,但其发展受制于资源的约束;南京市应着重构建以嵌入式系统软件服务为主,以IC设计服务行业为辅的产业发展模式。为促进南京市软件服务业进一步发展,建议:(1)建立软件服务产业相关统计制度;(2)出台扶持软件服务业的产业政策及制度;(3)引进和培养软件服务人才;(4)培育企业的自主创新能力;(5)完善软件服务产业园区的自身建设和内部运作机制。 |
