供需视角下农村医疗保险满意度及影响因素分析——基于重庆市828个农户的调查

根据重庆市828个农户调查数据，从供需视角分析影响农村医疗保险满意度的因素。同时，通过建立农村医疗保险满意度评价指标体系，利用Logistic回归分析，得出家庭人均收入、报销比例、报销程序和农户对医疗保险制度的认知程度是影响满意度的显著因素。对此，提出政府应该缩小不同级别医院报销的比例差距，逐步建立合理的统筹城乡医疗体系等以提高农户医疗保险满意度的建议。

An Analysis of Satisfaction Degree towards Rural Medical Insurance and the Influencing Factors---based on surveys of 828 farmers in Chongqing

Based on the research data of 828 farmers in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of satisfaction degree on rural medical insurance from the supply and demand perspective. At the same time, it will set up an evaluation index system of rural medical insurance satisfaction degree and adopt logistic regression and then come to a conclusion that the income level, the ratio, the procedure and the acknowledgement degree are some significant factors influencing the satisfaction degree thus it puts forward some relative suggestions to improve the satisfaction degree.
