| 摘 要： | 明清两代,晋商曾称雄中国商界500余年,位列中国十大商帮之首。晋商的治理制度为延续其事业的辉煌发挥了重要的作用。晋商的两权分离制度、人事管理制度、经营管理制度以及风险防范制度等,对我们建立和完善现代企业制度有着重要的借鉴和启示意义。
