| 摘 要： | 知识产权在知识经济中的重要地位,决定知识产权资本化将成为知识产权利用的重要方式.为保证知识产权资本运营安全,应当注意知识产权出资存在的风险.从知识产权自身固有的风险、知识产权出资的权利瑕疵风险和商业化风险三个方面来分析,探索规避知识产权出资风险的防范措施.

| Abstract: | Due to the important position occupying in the knowledge economy, the capitalization of intellectual property will become an important way for intellectual property application. The Risks of the investment on intellectual property should be focused on to ensure the security of intellectual property capital operation. Some preventative measures to avoid or reduce risks of the intellectual property investment were put forward in the paper based on the analysis from three aspects, inherent risks of intellectual property rights and the risks of defects of right and commercialization of intellectual property investment. |
