| 摘 要： | 高等教育的财政投入是高校发展的重要基础。河北省的高等教育投入机制存在着数量不足、方式方向不合理等问题。随着国家财政对教育投入的不断加大，河北省应建立科学合理的高等教育财政投入机制，采取有效措施保证资金的投入总量和正确的投入方向，完善考核机制，保证资金的使用效果，既要在学科投入和校际之间保持平衡，又要保证重点，为建设高水平大学提供保障。

| Abstract: | The financial input of the higher education is the important basis for the development of colleges and universities. For higher education input mechanism of hebei province, there are some problems such as quantity not sufficient, way or direction unreasonable, etc. With the increasing education input of national finance, Hebei province should establish scientific and reasonable higher education financial input mechanism, take effective measures to ensure that capital investment amount and investment direction correctly, improve the assessment mechanism, ensure the use effectiveness of funds, maintain a balance between discipline input and inter-school and ensure that key as well to pro- vide guarantee for building a high-level university. |
