| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,高等学校要想生存与发展,必须适应形势需要,转变原来的人事管理观念,着力于人力资源管理。本文通过对高校人力资源管理现状的分析,运用现代人力资源管理理论,探讨了高等学校人力资源管理的基本策略和正确处理好人力资源管理中的几个关系。
