| 摘 要： | 高等学校学报在新时期正面临生存与发展的考验,高校学报在加强内涵式发展的同时,更应注重学报的外延式拓新。扩大学报的发行量,提高学报的影响因子和二次文献转载率是实现高校学报外延式拓新的必由之路,是提高高校学报核心竞争力和打造品牌学报的根本出路。

Circulation increase, elevation of influence index and reprinting rate are the necessities for realization of the extensive development, and are the fundamental ways to advance its competitiveness and prestige. |
