| 摘 要： | “正义”是人类的智识生活开始之后，存在的一个恒久的主题，也是贯穿伊斯兰教始终的核心观念。伊斯兰教经典《古兰经》中充满了关于正义的教诲，但是并没有像教科书一样，对正义给出一个明确的概念，没有用具体的律条规定本身不完美、易于犯错的普通人如何在现实生活中寻求正义。然而，《古兰经》为规范人与真主、人与人之间的关系提供了基本的正义准则。各个时代的穆斯林学者以此为基础，从神学、政治、法律等各个方面阐发出不同的正义观，使得伊斯兰教的正义观丰富多彩而又具有一致性。

| Abstract: | Justice is an eternal subject since the intellectual life of human being existed.It is a kernel concept in Islam.Koran,Islamic Scripture is filled with teachings on justice.But unlike textbooks,it fails to define it accurately.It lacks specific articles regulating behavior of imperfect ordinary people.But Koran provides the fundamental principle of justice for relationships between God and human and among human being.Based on this,Muslim scholars in different historical periods have explored a great diversity of ideas of Islamic justice from legal,theological and political. |
