| 摘 要： | 党的十六大特别是十七大以来,辽宁深入实施三大区域发展战略,尤其是辽宁沿海经济带开发开放上升为国家战略,沈阳经济区获批为国家新型工业化综合配套改革试验区,更极大地提升了辽宁的地位。为推动辽宁区域经济更加协调发展,2008年11月,辽宁省委、省政府又作出突破辽西北的战略部署,辽宁形成了完整的三大区域发展战略。

| Abstract: | In order to promote more coordinated development of Liaoning regional economy, in November 2008, Liaoning provincial Party committee and government made a strategic plan to break through Northwest Liaoning. Liaoning has completely formed the development strategies of three regions, the competitive development of which has provided a powerful carrier for Liaoning to thoroughly implement the scientific development concept. Liaoning has also formed a pattern of positive interaction and coordinated development of coast and hinterland, and greatly enhanced the power for great-leap-forward development. |
