| 摘 要： | 高校教师课堂教学质量评价工作是高校建立质量监控与保障体系的重要措施。文章阐述了教师课堂教学质量评价工作的重要性,指出目前教师课堂教学质量评价工作的主要问题,提出要做好高校教师课堂教学质量评价工作的思路:一是要加强宣传和引导,树立正确的评价观;二是要构建科学的评价指标体系;三是要创新评价模式;四是要正确处理和反馈评价结果;五是要建立以发展性目的为主的评价制度。

| Abstract: | It is an important measure for universities to set up quality supervision and guarantee to evaluate teachers' classroom teaching.This essay explains the importance of the classroom teaching evaluation,points out its main shortcomings,and then puts forward these suggestions: First,to strengthen publicity and guide so that people may acquire a correct view of the evaluation;second,to set up a scientific evaluation criterion;third,to innovate on the evaluation model;fourth,to handle properly the feedback;last,to set up an evaluation system for the purpose of development. |
