大数据时代高职院校二级学院档案管理工作模式探析

Analysis of the Mode of Archive Management in Secondary College in Vocational Universities in the Big-Data Era

Nowadays ,a huge amount of information has created big data era .There are a number of problems ,challenging the existing system of the archives management in secondary colleges of Chi‐nese vocational universities ,emerging from an era of big data .And the pressing problem is how to re‐solve the difficulties appearing in the process of the archives management in secondary colleges of Chi‐nese vocational universities .By examining the actual archives management work in secondary colleges of Chinese vocational universities ,a series of measures should be taken ,such as earnestly implemen‐ting the information technology ,establishing risk alarming and response mechanism on the archives management and building the disaster recovery database ,so as to seek new space for development of the archives management in Chinese vocational universities .
