Proverb Learning in the Teaching of Spoken Chinese as a Foreign Language

Proverbs have significant research value as a sort of spoken linguistic and cultural phenomenon.They are concise,vivid images,crisp simple,subtle and meaningful,and have other characteristics.What is more,they can also improve the training of language,spread Chinese culture,and contain rich educational value.This article tries to analyze the importance of proverb learning to the foreign students in enhancing the level of spoken Chinese,from the characters and the roles of the proverbs.
