我国农业企业的社会责任浅论

企业社会责任的相关研究缘起于国外，但是却与我国传统思想中的利义观遥相呼应。我国“三农”问题的特殊性决定了农业企业对带动农村发展和农民致富起到关键作用，以往研究多从企业经营管理的角度来分析农业企业社会责任的内容，这里则以农村社会发展为切入点，认为我国农业企业的社会责任内容体系主要包括三个方面：一是促进农业生产，农业企业在生产过程中不仅要满足自己的盈利需求，更要注重保护自然环境以及保证产量安全；二是维护农民利益，农业企业在与农民发生买卖、竞争、契约、雇佣这四种常见的关系中，需要把农民利益放在第一位，把带动农民发展作为己任；三是保障食品安全，要求农业企业要把维护消费者的健康安全作为生产和加工农产品的标准，按规生产，接受监督。

A Discussion on Social Responsibility of China’s Agricultural Enterprises

The study on corporate social responsibility is originated from foreign countries，but it corresponds with China’s traditional ideology，and sense of righteousness. The content of social responsibility of agricultural enterprises in China was formerly analyzed from the perspective of enterprise operation and management. However，the particularity of“agriculture related issues”determines that agricultural enterprise plays a pivotal role in mobilizing rural development and leading farmers to get rich. This research on social responsibility of China’s agricultural enterprises from the perspective of improving rural development concludes the following social responsibilities of agricultural enterprises: improving agricultural production (besides meeting enterprises’ demand for profit，emphases should be laid on natural environment protection and ensuring safety of production)，protecting farmers’ interests (giving priority to ensure farmers’ interests and development when involved in transaction，competition，agreement with farmers，and in employment of farmers)，and guaranteeing food security and taking consumers’ health and safety as the criterion to producing and processing agricultural produce，making sure that production is carried out according to regulations and is under supervision.
