| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), simply reviews the developing process of Chinese financial software, emphasizes the differences between the two kinds of software. It also makes suggestions on how to implement ERP and how to deal with the relationship between ERP and the present financial system, and then points out their prospects. |
