| 摘 要： | 医药行业是我国四大重点技术创新产业之一，其发展好坏直接关系到人们的身体健康和生命安全。基于这样的事实，针对医药和电子商务各自的特点阐明在我国发展医药电子商务的必然性，继而介绍当前医药行业实施电子商务现状，深入分析在其发展中遇到的问题以及出现这些问题的原因并有针对性地提出解决方案。
