| 摘 要： | 我国正处在向现代化转型的关键时期，原有的社会结构和利益关系发生着快速的变化，制约和影响民族关系和谐发展的因素也随之增多。社会公平不仅成为现今重要的社会价值准则，也是民族关系和谐发展的重要前提，促进民族关系和谐发展需要努力消除社会不公平因素，实现社会公平。

| Abstract: | China is in the key period transforming to modernization,the old social structure and interest relationships are changing rapidly,accordingly factors restricting and affecting the harmonious development of national relationships are on the increase.Social equity is not only the important norms of social values at present,but also the significant precondition for the harmious development of national relationships.Thus social unfair factors should be wiped out to promote the harmonious development of national relationships and realize social equity. |
