| Abstract: | According to the general rules of people recognizing a thing, the paper begins with the definition of euphemisms, applying linguistic theories possibly. This paper tries to probe into the reasons and social psychology of constructing euphemisms, and furthers to analyze the constructing principles and methods of euphemisms. Finally, the author analyzes the reasons of the development and change of euphemisms at Semantic-triangle leve. |
