人体审美视角下I FBB竞赛项目改革对我国健美健身运动的启示

从美学的发展及审美意识角度，诠释I FBB的系列改革对健美健身审美的新要求、新变化，从人体审美视角进行认真理性的审视与思考我们应该如何适应新要求，寻求新发展和新突破。根据IFBB竞赛项目的改革，对我国健美健身项目开展中存在的若干缺憾进行分析、反思，并提出了改进建议，从竞技与文化的包容互补性、运动选材科学化、项目传播的社会参与化、人体审美观念的培育四方面论述了I FBB竞赛项目改革对我国健美健身运动的启示。

Reforms of IFBB Contests and Implications for National Bodybuilding and Fitness Sports from the Aesthetic perspective of Human Body

Abstracts:The new requirements and changes for bodybuilding and fitness aesthetics posed by the series reforms of IFBB have been discussed from the perspectives of aesthetics and aesthetic consciousness .A rational consideration must be taken from the per‐spective of human body aesthetics into the adjustment to new requirements and the pursuits of new developments and new break‐throughs .Based of the reforms of IFBB contests for the promotion of our national bodybuilding and fitness contests ,problems are analyzed ,and suggestions are recommended ,and implications are discussed from the four aspects of the comprehensiveness of contest and culture ,the scientificity of sports materials ,the socialization of sport participation ,and the cultivation of human body aesthetics .
