| 摘 要： | 由于影印外文期刊不再出版了,在图书经费不足的情况下,高校图书馆外文期刊品种和数量采购将大幅度减少。因此必需从采集电子期刊,开发和利用外文文献资源,提高文献利用率等方面来调整改善高校图书馆外文期刊的馆藏结构。

| Abstract: | Because photo copies of foreign periodicals are not published any more and the library is short of money,the items and quantities of foreign periodicals have decreased greatly.This paper introduces the ways of collecting eletronic periodicals,exploiting information resources of foreign periodicals and raising utilization ratio of foreign periodicals. |
