| 摘 要： | 技术是企业在激烈竞争中保持竞争优势的关键因素，而技术战略与经营战略的有效整合对于企业的发展具有非常重要的意义。本文从企业技术战略和经营战略的作用模式和匹配性两方面，分析了我国制造业企业中存在的问题，并就促进我国制造业企业技术战略与经营战略的整合提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | In contemporary times,technology is a key factor of maintaining our competitive advantages in fierce competition.At the meantime,the effective integration of business strategy and technology strategy is of very importance for their development.This paper analyzes the existing problems in our manufacturing enterprises from the point of the operation mode and matching of technology strategy,business strategy,and gives some recommendations about the integration of technology strategy as well as the business strategy in our manufacturing enterprises. |
