| 摘 要： | 市民社会是黑格尔、马克思学说的重要范畴。黑格尔的市民社会学说有其优缺点 ,为马克思对市民社会的研究奠定了理论基础。马克思在对黑格尔市民社会理论批判改造中走上了通往唯物史观的道路 ,完成了从唯心主义向唯物主义、从民主主义向共产主义的两个根本性转变。

| Abstract: | Society of townspeople is an important categor y of both W.F.Hegels th eory and Karl Marxs theory. The former has its advantages and disadvantages an d lays foundation for the latter. In criticizing Hegels theory of society of to w nspeople, Karl Marx formed historical materialism and completed the radical chan ges from idealism to materialism and from democratism to communism. |
