试论古典政治哲学中的勇敢美 德简

“美德即知识”是苏格拉底的著名命题。理解这一命题的关键在于理解离知识最远的勇敢美德在何种意义上是知识。论题以亚里士多德的《尼各马可伦理学》为起点，从亚里士多德的勇敢观出发，上溯柏拉图的《拉克斯》和《普罗塔戈拉》两篇对话，试图从具体文本的文脉中辨析智术师与哲人在美德问题上的异同，进而考察政治哲学与政治教育之间的关系。

On the Virtue of Courage in the Classical Political Philosophy

The statement ＂virtue is knowledge＂ is a famous Socratic thesis. The crucial point of understanding this thesis is to understand in what sense the virtue of courage is knowledge while the former is far away from the latter. Starting with Aristotle＇s Nicomachean Ethics and tracing back to two Platonic dialogues Laches and Protagoras from Aristotle＇ s view of courage, this paper attempts to discern the difference between the sophist and the philosopher on the problem of virtue, and further examine the relationship between the political philosophy and political education.
