| 摘 要： | ＂司法信息公开＂在我国至今仍处于＂空白＂状态,因此研究并明确司法信息公开的概念及其与司法公开的区别、司法信息公开的范围和例外情形、司法信息公开的程序设置等三个问题,将有助于在我国构建科学的司法信息公开制度并保障其有效实施。

| Abstract: | ＂Judicial information disclosure＂in China is still in the＂blank＂state. Therefore,it is suggested to study and confirm the concept of judicial information disclosure as well as its difference from judicial information disclosure,the scope and exceptions of judicial information disclose,and the procedure setting of judicial information disclosure. The study will be of great help in building the scientific system of judicial information disclosure and ensuring its effective implementation. |
