| 摘 要： | 现行财政扶贫资金绩效考评体系采用综合指标评价法，从扶贫成效、资金管理及使用等方面评价各省财政扶贫工作。应采取专项评价和综合评价结合，改善考核指标，对工作人员进行培训，分区考核，建立工作平台，建立专家库，合理利用评价结果。

| Abstract: | The existing system of performance evaluation on financial poverty alleviation funds is an integrated eval- uation method. This method evalue the financial poverty work from anti-poverty effectiveness, funds management and so on. We should take the following measures： special assessment combination of comprehensive evaluation, im- proving the assessment indicators staff training, more district assessment, establishing a working platform, setting up an expert database and the rational use of evaluation results. |
