社会福利中的阶层问题研究

通过阶层理念、阶层福利、转型中国、福利国家、社会保障的价值、社会保障的“阶层化重构”，六个角度切入社会结构，可以得到社会福利为核心的阶层分析新视角。从理论模型上，运用“阶层”与“社会福利”两个变量分析“阶层的社会福利”问题，并通过分析得出中国各阶层福利分配不合理的结论；为使社会福利的“天平”平衡，为社会保障的健康、有序、科学、成功的发展，须对社会保障进行“阶层化”调整，而阶层化调整的成功要素就在于“中间阶层”的扩大和其社会福利的加强，使之成为中国人口的主体和社会保障所保障的主要方面，以适应社会、经济的发展，并最终实现共同富裕，完成中国改革开放的宏伟目标。
