社会诚信文化建设面临的困境与反思

面对社会日益严重的诚信缺失现象,大力推进诚信文化建设乃当务之急。目前诚信文化建设遭遇传统文化引导乏力、外部失信文化强势蔓延、参与各方积极性冷热不均、精神文化向度薄弱等问题。从诚信理论文化研究、信用制度配套、提高大众主体意识和建立长效机制上寻求破解路径。

Reflection on the dilemma of social honesty culture construction

In the face of the phenomena of faith absence, it＇ s an urgent affair to advance the construction of social honesty culture. At present, the cultural construction process is confronted with powerless guidance of the traditional credibility culture, the aggressive spread of dishonesty culture, participants＇ uneven initiative and weak spiritual culture dimension. Accordingly the eountermeasures are proposed in terms of theory culture study, supporting credit system, subjective long-effect mechanism.
