抗战胜利后河南泛区复兴与农业机械化的开端——以扶沟县为中心

1938年,国民党军队为阻挡日本军队的进攻,炸开黄河花园口大堤。黄河水肆虐三省44个县市。在河南省,扶沟县受灾最重。抗战结束后,国民政府制订复兴计划,要建设现代化农业,并向黄泛区派去了复耕队。联合国善后救济总署实施援助,为复耕队配备先进的农业机械并派遣技术人员负责培训当地中国人做机械师和驾驶员。解放战争结束、新中国成立,这批先进的农业机械和受过正规训练的技术人员由新政府接管,为新中国的农业机械化做出贡献。

The Rebuilding of the Flooded Area and the Beginning of Agricultural Mechanization in Henan

In 1938,the KMT army blew up the Huayuankou part of the Yellow River Dam,in order to block the Japanese army.The water from the Yellow River flooded 44 counties or cities of Henan,Anhui and Jiangsu provinces.In Henan province,the Fugou county met with the worst flood.After the World War II ended,the United Nations helped China with modern agricultural machines and sent engineers to help train technicians and drivers for the local people.The well-trained local technicians and drivers,as well as the modern farming machines made contributions to the flooded area after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
