| 摘 要： | 提供信用担保是解决中小企业融资难问题的一种有效的途径。美国中小企业信用担保体系具有规范而又灵活的担保业务操作过程 ,有一套完整的规避风险的机制和健全的法制体系。借鉴其经验 ,可以从中得出一些有助于建立适合我国国情的中小企业信用担保体系。

| Abstract: | Credit guarantee is an effective way to solve the financing problems among small and middle-size enterprises. American credit guarantee system for the enterprises of this kind, with its standard and flexible operating process of guarantee business, is ensured by a set of sound mechanisms and a perfect legal system to evade risks. From it, we can draw some experience which can contribute to setting up a similar system for small and middle-size enterprises of our country. |
