| Abstract: | JIANG Ze-min pays much attention to the creativity in science and technology and takes it as national spirit. His theory of the creativity in science and technology becomes fully systematized,including the creativity in knowledge,technological innovation and system reform. It is the key to cultivate the qualified scientists and technicians who master the advanced scientific and technological knowledge and high technology. It is also the guarantee to reform the system. |
