| 摘 要： | 国债是国家筹集资金缓解财政压力 ,实施宏观调控的重要手段。然而 ,国债规模适度与否将会对经济产生不同的作用。我国国债规模的确定 ,应充分考虑我国的实际 ,同时借鉴国际上通用的量化指标 ,以防规模过大 ,对经济产生不利影响。

| Abstract: | Publishing national debt is an important means to raise funds,alleviate financial tension and implement macroscopic modulation.However,the scale of the national debt will make a great impact on the economy.In order to decide the scale of the national debt,the situation of our country should be respected firstly,the general quantitative index should be used for conference to prevent the negative effect of the oversize national debt scale on the economic development. |
