| 摘 要： | 虽然案例教学在中国起步较晚,我国仍有许多学者都在研究案例在法律教学中的作用,本文则是从对案例教学的概念和法理基础,国外案例教学的实践情况及案例在我国法律教学中的适用现状分析出发,重点论述案例在我国法律教学各环节中所起的作用,希望为完善案例教学法提供参考素材,以此促进法律教学,为推动实现法的现代化奠定扎实的教育基础。

| Abstract: | Case teaching starts late in China,but still many Chinese scholars researches case's functions in legal teaching.This thesis analyzes the concept of case teaching,the base of legal principle,the practicing of case teaching in foreign countries and the application of case in legal teaching in our country,with an emphasis on discussing the function of case in every part of our country's legal teaching.It provides some referential materials to improve the method of case teaching,points to promote the legal teaching and lay the steady foundation of education for realizing the modernization of law. |
