巴基斯坦反恐任重道远

近两年来，巴基斯坦恐怖袭击地域范围有所扩大，发生频率、参与人员和打击目标等方面也有新变化。巴基斯坦塔利班活动方式与人员构成复杂性使恐怖活动不断升级，政府反恐行动收效甚微。由于全球反恐形势和巴基斯坦塔利班组织自身特点，巴基斯坦反恐具有长期性，任务艰巨。而美国的阿、巴新战略又使巴基斯坦反恐面临诸多不确定性。
