当代中国农民区际流动研究

中国农民发生区际流动是由人口、经济等多方面原因造成的。这种流动是应中国社会的变革发生的，它对国家经济的发展、城乡社区的繁荣和农民致富都有极为重要的社会价值。但由于种种原因，进城农民的边缘化问题十分突出，其主要表现是就业机会不均等、歧视行为严重、生活条件差、拖欠工资等。为了消解此问题，必须创造农民流动的社会环境、制定土地流转政策、建立农村劳动力市场、加快小城镇建设速度、发展农民教育和农村社会保障事业。

Research of Contemporary Peasants' Regional Mobile in China

Peasants regional mobile is caused by population and economy factors in history and reality.The mobile is adapted to social transformation in China.It's important to national economical development,town and rural 's prosperity and peasants' wealthy.But for some reasons,the margined problem to peasants in cities is very serious,such as unequal chance to obtain employment ,seriously discrimination,bad life condition,debt the wages.In order to solve these problems,we must create social surroundings for peasants mobile,make policy of land exchange,set up labor force market in countryside,accelerate development of small cities and towns,develop education and social insurance causes in country.
