高校“双困生”就业能力拓展训练的思考与架构

摘    要:"双困生"作为大学生中的特殊群体,一直受到国家和学校的高度关注。针对"双困生"就业难的问题,国家制定并实施了"双困"毕业生就业能力拓展训练计划。在政府扶持和高校协助下,参训学员的就业观念有所转变,就业能力有所提高,但如何架构基于现实诉求的训练模式有待进一步优化。

Abstract:As a special group, the bi-disadvantaged students in colleges and universities have received national and colleges' attention. The government and university carry out the training in advancing employment ability for difficult employment of students. The ability of students has been fully improved through training that ensures the employment rate of colleges.
