关于统筹城乡发展战略的几点思考简

党的十八大提出要在前期发展的基础上，进一步统筹城乡发展，促进城乡共同繁荣。在新的基础上，更有效实现农村经济的跨越式发展，必须进一步明确统筹城乡发展的主体；将统筹城乡发展的重心工作置于农村赶超城市方面；加大农村基础设施的建设，实现城乡公共服务均等化；借助农业股份公司的核心力量实现农村公司化、农业企业化、农民市民化。
