主观幸福感探究——基于对高校教师的调查与分析

通过对394名教师的主观幸福感调查,得出以下结论：1.在健康担心方面和对生活的满足和兴趣方面,男女教师显示出显著的性别差异。2.对健康担心、精力、抑郁或愉快的心境、情感和行为控制上显示出显著的年龄差异。3.在健康担忧和松弛和紧张（焦虑）方面的学院差异极其显著,在情感和行为控制上差异显著。4.不同婚姻状况的教师在量表的五个维度上都表现出显著或极其显著的差异,其中,在情感和行为控制方面差异相当显著。5.不同职称的教师在主观幸福感各个维度上均未显出显著差异。6.性别、职称、年龄、学院对健康担忧维度都有预测作用,其中性别的预测作用最大;婚姻状况对主观幸福感的其他5个维度以及总体幸福感的预测作用都最大。

An Investigation and Analysis on Subjective Well Being of University Teachers

An investigation of 394 university teachers about their subjective well being,The result shows： 1.Obvious sex difference existed on dimension of health anxiety and the satisfaction and interest of life;2.Obvious age difference existed on dimension of health anxiety,energy,the pleasing or depressing mood,the control of feeling and behavior;3.Great college difference existed on dimension of health anxiety,relaxation and tension,as well as the dimension of the control of feeling and behavior;4.Marriage difference existed on five dimensions of scale;what＇s more,significant differences existed on dimension of the control of feeling and behavior;5.No obvious differences existed on every dimension of professional titles;6.Sex,professional titles,age and college they belong to made great contribution to the prediction of health anxiety,among which,sex does the best.Marriage state made great contribution to the prediction of other six dimensions of subjective well being and total subjective well being.
