幼儿园故事剧表演活动中教师的角色与作用

摘    要:在故事剧表演活动中,成人应转变“演出至上”的观念,重视幼儿的主体性地位,创造条件从生活实际中挖掘幼儿兴趣点形成故事剧表演主题,并引导、支持和鼓励幼儿在生活中、游戏中充分体验故事剧中的情节,以此构建以幼儿为主体的故事剧表演活动。教师在故事剧表演活动四个环节的角色与作用分别是:主题选择,丰富经验与适时介入;情节体验,关注焦点与有效引导;故事排演,以“玩”代“练”,激发童趣;分享评价,重视参与,关注过程。

The Role and Function of Teachers in Kindergarten Story Drama Performance

Abstract:Teachers are supposed to change the“performance-oriented”notion in kindergarten story drama performance,attach more importance to“child-centered”classroom,create conditions to arouse children’s interest in daily life,and accordingly,develop proper drama themes.Teachers should guide,support and encourage children to experience the plots in the dramas and in real life so as to construct“child-oriented”drama activities.The roles and functions of teachers in the four stages of drama performance are as following:first,in theme selection,they should enrich children’s experience and give timely intervention when necessary;second,in plot experience,they should focus on the theme and offer effective guidance;third,in story rehearsal,teachers should replace“training”with“playing”,which is a better way to stimulate children’s interest;last,in sharing evaluation,teachers should attach more importance to participation and process.
