试论历史意义

之所以关注"历史意义"这一主题,是因为人们对此颇有争议。自上世纪以来,尤其是两次世界大战之后,现代哲学对现代性的批判、对形而上学的批判一浪高过一浪,相应的,传统的历史意义也遭致批判。一方面,历史意义的原有内容被消解,但另一方面,它所蕴含的新意渐现出来。当然,相信有一个黑格尔式的理念来统摄整个历史进程的时代已经过去,相反,人们开始谋求在历史境域中的意义生成。

On the Sense of History

The subject of "the historical sense" is argued. Since the 20th century, especially after the two world wars, modernility and metaphysics have still been critiqued by modern philosophy; correspondingly, the traditional historical sense also suffers the criticism. The one hand, the original content of the historical sense is dispelled; on the other hand, the fresh senses which it entails gradually present to us. Certainly, the Hegel's -like idea which rules the entire historic course has never been believed. On the contrary, people start to seek the senses produce in the historical situation.
