| 摘 要： | 党的执政基础就是党同人民群众的血肉联系。加强和改进新形势下党的群众工作 ,对于巩固党的执政基础具有决定性的意义。妇女工作是党的群众工作的重要组成部分 ,党要巩固执政基础 ,必须加强和改进新形势下的妇女工作 ,永远与人民群众包括妇女群众心连心 ,我们党的执政基础就坚如磐石。

| Abstract: | CPC's ruling foundations are just the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people. In the new circumstances, strengthening and improving the Party's mass work is decisive in consolidating CPC's ruling foundations. Women's work is an important integrant of the Party's mass work. To solidify its ruling foundations, the Party must strengthen and improve women's work. As long as the Party and the people are forever linked heart to heart, the ruling foundations will be as solid as rocks. |
