| 摘 要： | 重庆高等教育的发展不仅可以为重庆发展提供人才保证和智力支持,还可以提供大量科学技术和社会服务。在对重庆市高等教育现状的阐述后,结合重庆市的十五规划,从全局的高度进行战略性思考,以求合理配置高等教育资源,加速重庆市高等教育改革和健康发展,确保“科教兴渝”战略的实现。

| Abstract: | The development of Chongqing's higher education can provide not only manpower for Chongqing's development,but also scientific technology and social service.Summarizing the situation of Chongqing's higher education,based on Chongqing's fifteen years programming,this article gave a strategic wholly though,in order to allocate higher educational resources reasonably and accelerate the reform and healthy development of Chongqing's higher education,to ensure the strategies of "to flourish Chongqing by science and education". |
