从“知青”下乡到大学生“村官”的历史考察和比较研究

20世纪中期开始的中国城镇＂知青＂上山下乡,从一项解决城镇就业困难的措施演变成一场声势浩大的政治运动,前后历经＂文革＂前和＂文革＂中两个阶段。在改革开放的新时期,自20世纪90年代中期开始到现在的大学生当＂村官＂,也从初期的星星之火发展为燎原之势。从＂文革＂前＂知青＂循序渐进的上山下乡到＂文革＂中上山下乡成为运动,再到新时期大学生当＂村官＂,对此进行分段的历史考察和相互的比较研究,可以更好地指导当前的大学生＂村官＂实践活动。

Working in the Countryside or Becoming Village Leaders:A Comparative Study of the Historical Tracks
