社会心理学视阈下教师职业倦怠的成因及应对策略

摘    要:从社会心理学的视阈分析教师职业倦怠产生的原因,教师职业倦怠是教师工作压力及其应对方式、归因方式、教师自我效能感和角色冲突等社会心理因素相互影响、交互作用的结果。应对教师职业倦怠是一项系统工程,需要社会、学校和教师积极而广泛的参与。

Abstract:The causes for teachers' job burnout are analyzed from the perspective of social psychology with the conclusion that, teachers' job burnout is the result of the interaction of the stress and the coping style, attribution, sense of selfefficacy and role conflict. It is stressed that deal with teachers' job burnout is a multi - faceted system which needs society, schools and teachers themselves active and extensive participation.
