| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革一直是经济体制改革中的一项重大而艰巨的任务。改革国有资产管理体制是推进国有企业改革的核心部分和关键所在。入世后 ,作为社会主义经济基础主体的国有企业将面临巨大的竞争压力。在此背景之下 ,国有资产管理体制的改革显得尤为紧迫和重要。本文力图通过实施分类管理 ,完善委托代理制 ,校正利益主体关系以及构建合理的管理层次等途径 ,探讨国有资产管理体制的改革

| Abstract: | The reform of state owned enterprises is an important and difficult part of the reform of economic system, the core of which is the reform of the management system of state owned assets. After joining WTO, the state owned enterprises as the main composition of socialist economy are confronted with extraordinary pressure of competition. In such a situation, the reform of the management system of state owned assets becomes especially urgent and important.The text strives to reform the management system of state owned assets by managing state owned assets as their kinds, perfecting authorized proxy system, adjusting relation of the owners and estabilshing reasonable arrangement. |
