澳門博彩業開放所折射出的輸入外勞政策備受關注。本文通過分析博彩業開放後就業市場的變化,結合社會對博彩業開放的成果分享和责任分擔及輸入外勞政策的利益分析,提出輸入外勞政策應從澳門長速及可持續發展的視角出發,為顧全大局而敢於傾斜。

Macao's Foreign Worker Policy-A Sustainable Development Perspective

Recently Macao's foreign worker policy has caused a heated debate among the general public after the government granted additional gaming licenses. This paper analyses the evolution of the labour market after the concession, taking note of the community's acceptance of the sharing of both the fruits and responsibilities of the gaming industry's development and associated interests, which forms a backdrop to the foreign worker policy. By conducting an interests analysis, this paper proposes that the foreign worker policy should be formulated within a perspective of long-term and sustainable development, and that the policy itself must be weighted in favour of the overall interests of Macao.
