| 摘 要： | 虽然以社会医疗保险为核心的医疗保障制度在我国的真正建立始于20世纪90年代末,但之前传统的医疗保障制度早在建国前就已经出现。考察这段历史过程有助于认识中国医疗保障观念和政策的沿革,对目前我国医疗保障制度改革具有历史参考价值。

| Abstract: | Though the formal establishment of modern medical security system in China,the core of which is social medical insurance,didn't begin until the late 1990s,traditional medical security system has appeared long before the liberation.An investigation of the historical period can contribute to the understanding of the notion and policy evolution of medical security in China,and thus is of great historical reference value for the current reform of Chinese medical security system. |
